Tycho is a little WIndows system tray application I made that helps me track the time I spend on a clien't project.  When I start working on a project, I fire up Tycho and start the timer.  When I take a break, I stop it.  If I switch projects and begin work with another client, it's easy to switch over to their account.  I do my billing at the end of the month, so I just pull up Tycho, get each client's total, fill out the invoices and reset their timers.  Pretty simple.
